CUC SAYS PARTS OF CAPITOL HILL WERE ENERGIZED WITH POWER WEDNESDAY.  THE UTILITY SAYS THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE, THE LEGISLATIVE BUILDING AND THE RETIREMENT BUILDING ALL HAVE POWER AMONG OTHERS.  THE POWER EXTENDS FROM CAPITOL HILL TO THE KAGMAN MOBILE STATION.  BANK OF GUAM AND DFS ARE GETTING POWER IN GARAPAN.
